Employee Training System as a Form of Intellectual Capital Development in Mining Companies

The article presents the employee training systems as a method of improving and increasing the intellectual capital of a mining company based on said intellectual capital. The research lists the conclusions from the survey analyzing training systems existing in the mining companies, the way they are actually executed, as well as employees expectations. The analysis indicates the key areas which are the most important to the employees, such as work safety and work methods & techniques.
