Usage of the Miller-Orr Model for Cash Managing in the Mining Enterprise

This paper shows the theoretical reasoning one of models used for optimizing cash levels, namely the Miller-Orr model. The practical applications the Miller-Orr model using to manage excess cash for a raw rock mine. Presented implementation of this model let us to conclude that, usage of this model, in spite signaled his restrictions, allows to make rational decisions regarding effective cash management in a company with significant differences in the levels of daily cash balances.
